The contracts we offer to our employees are transparent and approved by union bodies. Furthermore, we provide our customers with the DURC certification (Document of Contribution Regularity) or, if required, the DURF, which, compared to the first, adds the certificate of regularity in the payment of taxes.
Protection of our employees
We protect our collaborators at 360°. In addition to the medical examinations required by law and accident prevention training, our employees are equipped with the necessary PPE and receive periodic safety updates.

OUR STORY
2001
Attiva was born, founded to respond to the need of companies to have a single point of contact for different services.
2007
Transfer of the company into owned offices.
2008
Transfer of the registered office to San Giovanni Lupatoto. Subsequently, Attiva expands the network of companies for which it manages teams of construction workers.
2015
In collaboration with other partners, "Attiva Rete" it's founded. It is a business network that gives new impetus to the sector.
2020
Attiva doubles the surface area of its offices by annexing an adjacent space. It also obtains an official certification for "Attiva Rete" and obtains an A++ legality rating, subsequently renewed in 2022.
2022
Attiva creates a team of native Romanian speakers to streamline the management of personnel from Romania.
